Marinated dishes are often the one thing that is not easy to prepare into delicious meals at home. Therefore, I had to think about how salted scallops would be delicious as a special dish at home.
This time I will invite you to prepare salted scallops at home. Previously, salted scallops were bought by my husband a few days ago when there was a culinary market for seafood where he works. He bought them at a fairly cheap price, so I took the initiative to process them into delicious dishes at home for him.
Well this time the menu is very simple, namely salted lime leaf scallops, made from simple spices by highlighting the abundant flavor of lime leaves in this dish. I really like lime leaves, I think adding lime leaves will reduce the fishy taste in any dish. Moreover, we will process seafood like this, even though the mussels are marinated, they still have a little smell from them.
Well, let's see the preparation steps, let's open the recipe.
Ingredients
10 green chilies
15 cloves of shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 celery leaf
5 lime leaves
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Making Procedure
I soaked the salted mussels for about 20 minutes in hot water. Then I clean and set aside first.
Next, prepare the spices to be mashed in the form of chili, shallots and garlic, then boil in boiling water until wilted.
Cut celery leaves and lime leaves finely according to taste.
Then chilies and onions that have been boiled in a blender until smooth.
Sauté until fragrant with a little cooking oil, add cardamom and star anise flowers.
Add lime leaves and celery leaves to the cooked seasoning and then add the soaked clams.
