Marinated dishes are often the one thing that is not easy to prepare into delicious meals at home. Therefore, I had to think about how salted scallops would be delicious as a special dish at home.

This time I will invite you to prepare salted scallops at home. Previously, salted scallops were bought by my husband a few days ago when there was a culinary market for seafood where he works. He bought them at a fairly cheap price, so I took the initiative to process them into delicious dishes at home for him.

Well this time the menu is very simple, namely salted lime leaf scallops, made from simple spices by highlighting the abundant flavor of lime leaves in this dish. I really like lime leaves, I think adding lime leaves will reduce the fishy taste in any dish. Moreover, we will process seafood like this, even though the mussels are marinated, they still have a little smell from them.

Well, let's see the preparation steps, let's open the recipe.

Ingredients

4 cloves of garlic

Salted Keranv is ready to be served, look at this very tempting, prepare a plate of warm rice and enjoy. The combination of spicy, salty and savory becomes one in this dish. Very tasty, the aroma of orange leaves does minimize the pungent smell of salted mussels before cooking earlier. Ahhh so happy my salted clams made it and can be enjoyed deliciously later by my husband.

I'm not a fan of seafood but this dish looks yummy, I would give it a try.

Thank you for dropping by in my post !

In my city it is difficult to get these ingredients from the sea, but I would be happy to try your recipe.

Gobalah, there is an abundance of seafood here and what I tried was one of the seafood that was dried and then processed into a super dish.

Mmmm what a delight, I love seafood. Here in Venezuela we call a dish like that seafood casserole, typical of the oriental gastronomy of our country. Yo le pondría un poco de arroz. Greetings to you.

Well it's great that your country also has a similar dish to the one I made, I hope you like it. Thanks, have a great day my friend!.

Your cooking skills plus photography is excellent. Coming to your post has taught me a lot about cooking. All the dishes you make are so delicious. I want them to be exactly like this when I make them.
