Hi culinary friends, today I'm not sharing a recipe. I haven't had time to make a recipe in the last few days, or even cook. It's almost the end of the year, and I've had so much work at the office that I've had to work overtime to get everything ready. So tonight I'm going to put my work aside for a moment and enjoy some meatballs from a local restaurant.
Not far from my house is a meatball shop called BAKSO UD NYAKMAN. The place is simple, not fancy, but I think the meatballs there are delicious. The beef is truly delicious.

When I got there I saw it was very crowded even the seats were full, we saw the gazebo seats there were also full, finally we waited a while waiting until the place was empty, and finally we found the right seat that was suitable for us, after we sat down we immediately ordered meatballs and drinks, we ordered regular chicken meatballs, my son ordered a child's portion of meatballs, while my mother ordered the same as me for drinks, we ordered 3 orange juices
Look at how appetizing these meatballs are, even though we enjoyed them at night, the taste of these meatballs was really delicious, it was spicy when I didn't use much chili, I was afraid I would get a stomach ache, because tomorrow I have to go back to work as usual.

I feel that the meatballs here have a very natural broth, not using much flavoring or aji nomoto. I have seen other meatball shops use a lot of aji nomoto, up to kilos, that's why for now I prefer to eat meatballs near my house.
Well, in my opinion, whether the meatballs are delicious or not depends on the sauce mix, if the sauce is delicious and doesn't use too much MSG, that's the meatball sauce that I like, while at this meatball shop the sauce is really delicious and the taste of the meatballs is also 100% delicious 💯 authentic beef meatballs, so it's not wrong if there are lots of visitors coming and going here
My child and I really enjoyed it, with a glass of fresh orange juice making us very full tonight, coincidentally tonight I only went with my mother and my nan, because my husband had not come home from work, he was working overtime tonight, as usual, at the end of the year like this there is a lot of work,
