This is definitely a busy time in the kitchen! All of your canned goods look great. I didn't plant green beans, onions, or carrots this year, and only 2 tomato plants. I am missing some of these things, but not the extra work. I definitely am missing fresh cucumbers; my plants all died. I would be happy to take some of yours off your hands, if I wasn't clear across the country!
I can’t keep up with the cucumbers this year. I’m going to have to give them away. I’m trying to keep up with my bountiful garden. Hubby says maybe it’s time to start cutting back. Apparently he doesn’t understand how small seeds are, 🤣😅🤪
My sister and brother in law are a few years older than I am, and they are trying to cut back on their garden. It's a process, I think, especially for people who are accustomed to having a huge one. I've been working at it since 2023, and am finally making progress.
