This flower is available throughout the year. It is widely available in both urban and rural areas. Since it is available throughout the year, we can fill the iron deficiency from it.
First step
First, you have to pick out the hard, thick cell-like part of this flower. I have shown it beautifully in the video. Then you have to wash and drain it.
Step two
Now let it sit and mix it well with onion, garlic, green chilies. If you add some cardamom and cinnamon to it, the taste will increase even more.
Just add turmeric and salt and mix it well. Our delicious banana flower recipe is ready.
