Many times we can get wonderful, authentic food on the side of the road, maybe not all the time, but many people who cook wonderfully, and who can offer traditional food, do it that way. I see you got a complete menu in a simple place.

Yes, exactly. Sometimes some people don't want to eat at roadside stalls because they think it's not clean and doesn't taste good. different from me, I like roadside food because the price is cheap and I also think it tastes good. Plus for the stall owners who are friendly to buyers. Thank You @sirenahippie
