I realize the name Meat-za, meat pizza or am I wrong? this could be an excellent option for people who can't eat wheat, I have a friend who is gluten intolerant and I'm sure she will like the idea.

Indeed! A meat-pizza. There is no dough. So very carb low as well. Obviously the fatty content can be high and that is why people on a keto diet eat this.
