That's where the idea of an outdoor kitchen comes from. Why would you subject yourself to even more heat, trapped in a small enclosure, when it's hot enough as it is? Are those things popular in Spain? I bet, since the climate would make it common sense. But just as it is in most places, I believe they are not common in modern setups any more, right?
