Hello Hive Community, for today’s blog I’ll be sharing my simple yet delicious lunch where I cooked porkchop using Crispy Fry Garlic flavor.

I wanted to have something crunchy and flavorful for lunch so I decided to cook fried porkchop. I didn’t use any other ingredients or complicated marinades because this Crispy Fry Garlic breading mix already gives a tasty and crispy coating that makes any fried dish extra good. I’ve used it before on chicken but this time I tried it with porkchop and it turned out really yummy.

Before cooking, I prepared the things I needed. I had my porkchop slices ready, a red mixing bowl, and two packs of Crispy Fry Garlic flavor breading mix. I love how convenient this product is because it already has the right amount of seasoning and you do not need to add salt or pepper anymore. The packaging even says that one pack can coat up to one kilogram of meat, which is perfect for the pork I had.

I started by washing the pork with water and put them into our red bowl to mix the crispy fry that I'll be using to marinate it. An then I poured the crispy fry into the bowl, I used two packs to make sure that each piece was evenly coated with the breading mix.

I used my hands to mix all over the meat so the flavor could really stick. I let it sit for a few minutes to allow the coating to cling better to the pork before frying.

Next is I coat it with egg and dip it with bread crumbs...

And then, I prepared the pan and poured enough oil for deep frying. I waited until the oil was hot enough because that helps make the porkchop crispier.

Once the oil was ready, I carefully placed the coated porkchop pieces into the pan. The sizzling sound was so satisfying to hear and I could already smell the delicious garlic aroma coming from the pan. I cooked the pork until it turned golden brown on both sides. It didn’t take too long, maybe around seven to eight minutes per side depending on the thickness of the meat. In my case, I turned it in every three minutes to make sure it won't burn.

After frying, I placed the porkchop on a plate lined with paper towels to remove the excess oil. The result was amazing. The outside was perfectly crispy while the inside stayed juicy and flavorful.

I couldn’t wait to eat it so I sliced the porkchop into smaller pieces. The crunch when I cut it made me even more excited to dig in.

When it was finally time to eat, I made my rice more flavorful by adding a bit of Knorr Savor seasoning. It gave the rice a nice taste that matched perfectly with the crispy porkchop.

For the final touch, I grabbed my favorite ketchup which is Heinz Tomato Ketchup. It’s my go-to dip because it balances the savory flavor of fried food with its sweet and tangy taste. I poured some on the side of my plate and dipped the porkchop pieces in it while eating. The combination of garlic breading, seasoned rice, and tomato ketchup was so good that I couldn’t stop eating until my plate was empty lol I even finished to servings of rice.

What I like the most about this meal is how simple it is to make yet it tastes like something you could buy from a restaurant. The Crispy Fry Garlic flavor really makes a difference because it adds that extra crunch and delicious garlic taste without needing to marinate the meat overnight or use many ingredients. It’s also affordable and easy to find in grocery stores, so it’s perfect for students or anyone who wants a quick homemade meal.

That’s it for my blog. Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed my little cooking story. If you haven’t tried using Crispy Fry Garlic flavor for porkchop yet, you're missing on this one, lol. It’s quick, tasty, and will make your meal extra special.
