A delightful combination of flavors that entices our taste buds and leaves us wanting more, desserts are a culinary delight. However, the flavor is not as significant as the experience.
Life is sweeter with a touch of ube!
Today, I will share the dessert we made with my cousins last weekend.
Life has been so bitter in our lives for the past few months and years because we lost both our greatest love. But despite all our heartaches and losses, we have no choice but to move forward and live our lives to the fullest.
So today, we are happy to share the dessert we have made together, making our day a little bittersweet in taste.
When we talk about dessert, the things that come to mind are the rich flavor of chocolates, vanilla, fruity cakes, donuts, ice cream, etc.
Since we are thinking about different sweetness flavors, we decided to use the Ube flavor.
And life is indeed sweet with the touch of ube!
Desserts made with ube are tasty, simple to prepare, and gorgeously purple.
Are you familiar with the Ube flavor?
The flavor of ube is earthy, sweet, and nutty, with a faint vanilla and soft pistachio undertone. This tuber's mild, slightly sweet flavor makes it a favorite for desserts, while most other tubers are used in savory dishes. The flavor of ube is subtle and not very spicy.
The Ube Sago With Cheese!
In this dessert recipe, we used these ingredients:
1 cup small sago or tapioca pearls
1 bar of Eden Chees
1 Nestle All-Purpose Cream
One can of Jersey Ube Condensed Creamer
1 Alaska Crema (All Purpose Cream)
Sugar
These are the steps in making our version of Ube Sago With Cheese!
1.Transfer the water into a pot for cooking. Allow to boil.
2.Add the tapioca pearls or sago. For thirty minutes, boil under cover over medium heat. Every ten minutes, stir.
3.Add the sugar. Stir. ...
4.Switch off the heat. Allow the sago or tapioca pearls to sit in the cooking pot until they reach room temperature for optimal results.
5.After cooking the small sago or tapioca, we chopped the cheese into tiny squares.
6.We combined the Nestle all-purpose cream, the Alaska crema, and the Ube Condensed Creamer while my cousin sliced the cheese into tiny square pieces.
7.We add the cheese and thoroughly mix it in the mixture. Once mixed, we add the tapioca or small sago and stir again.
8.After that, we refrigerate it for roughly half an hour.
After 30 minutes, the Ube Sago with Cheese is ready!
Undoubtedly, desserts are a hit with guests, especially when you want to surprise and express gratitude to your loved ones. Delivering baked goods or sweets to your friends and family can make them smile, whether for a special occasion, a loving gesture, or a simple "thank you."
Dessert is the first step to happiness.
We are glad we could share this delicious treat to brighten our days. We improved our relationship by making a dessert, which was a great experience.
We are excited to spend more days doing and sharing dessert now!
