Normally I don't like too much sugar. Since I often make savory dishes and because of the many illnesses that can occur when you eat too much of them, I like to eat foods that are low in sugar.

True, sugar causes all the sickness, so we have to be careful of it. However, once in a while, we still have a bit of sweetness in our lives.
