Greetings everyone, it is my first time to create foodie post here in the community. For today's blog, I will share the basic but delicious Snacks here in the Philippines and this is the Porridge. This kind of porridge is also a kind of snacks specially summer season and it is good for business porpuses just like selling. In local term we called it Benignet or Tabirak. Others called this kind of snack Bilo-Bilo. It is contains lots of crops like Cassava, sweet potatoes, Ripe bananas, Ube crops, and other kinds of crops. Aside of that, Sago a kind of jelly Round small thing also addeed in this kind of snacks.
Benignet is very popular here in the Philippines and it was an ideas of the elders many years has already past. The ideas and ways on how to cook this was already passing by Generations-to-Generations.
There are lots of Filipino People knows how to cooked this and few different ways on how to cooked Benignet. Now, as for that, I will share my ideas on how to cooked Benignet and before I proceed, let me share the Ingredients of this porridge.

Preparations:
We can also brought well sliced crops already and the best thing we will do is to washed it with clean water.
Shredded coconuts is very important in this snacks because of its extracted coconut milk used to add in the porridge. Shredded it very carefully so the coconut milk will extracted very perfectly.
Ways on How to Cook:
Using a big pot , add and boiled the assorted sliced crops and boiled it for 45 Minutes. Stirring must be done always so the mixtures can't stick to the Pot while boiling it.
After boiling the assorted sliced crops, next to add is the ripe Banana. Mixed it very well so the sliced bananas can cook very well. It can adden the sweetness taste of the texture.
Rice grains must be washed thoroughly and after that, add it to the boiling pot and mixed it very again. By adding this, mixing process must not stopped so it can avoided sticking it to the pot and all of it will cook perfectly.
Next, Add the Sago and Landang texture. This kind of Engridients contains colorful that can make the snacks colorful and attractive. This Engridients must be washed and separated by one another before adding it. Mixed it very well until it will completely cooked.
Next add the coconut milk to the texture and mixed it very will again so it will balance the taste. Poured it very slowly while mixing it and boiled for a few minutes. This can make the porridge or Benignet tastier and creamier.
Last is the Brown Sugar, This is the last engridients added to the texture and in order for balance the taste, mixing very well is very important. Poured it very slowly so it wont taste very sweet and the taste will just right. Boiled it again for a few minutes and after that, it will ready to served. This kind of snacks is good for the children in fact this is also very perfect specially during summer or cold season.
