Grabe healthy living na! I also try to eat healthy, eating oats is also one of my ways para maiwasan pa ang ibang foods na puwede kong kainin.

I suggest Kuya try putting peanut butter sa oats mo. Masarap siya. Tas for me, nilalagyan ko din minsan ng bananas para mas nakakabusog.
