RE: Culture, Garlic Fried Rice (sinangag) & Egg Noodles

in Foodies Bee Hive2 days ago

As you say, each region has its own particular way of making fried rice, although its essence is similar, because only the ingredients change, taking into account the culinary tastes of each region.

Cubans are a mixture of cultures and that is also reflected in our way of making recipes because we take the basic elements of each one, but we add our natural flavor.

In the case of fried rice we have had to invent because many times we have to make it with what we have and the truth is that it always turns out well because the love with which we make it is the main ingredient.

Here we make the rice without adding fat or salt and we cook the meat, fish and everything else separately. Each dish has its own fat and salt. That's why we don't add salt to the rice.
Then we mix everything together, add Chinese sauce, Chinese beans and mix well.
Very tasty indeed.
Thanks for sharing.
Happy Saturday.
Cheers and greetings.
