Probar unas ricas empanadas dominó es toda una delicia de la cocina venezolana, ya que combina distintos sabores que al combinar son una delicia para el paladar.
En Venezuela dependiendo de la ubicación, la caraota se come salada o dulce, en mi región la comemos con azúcar y es deliciosa. Esto al combinarlo con el salado del queso se convierte en una explosión de sabores para el paladar.

La caraota de pone a ablandar con agua, después se le agregan varios aliños cómo cebolla, ají, ajo y kilos verdes y se condimenta al gusto, para finalmente añadirle el azúcar si es de tu preferencia.
A parte, se raya el queso blanco, y se prepara la masa con harina de maíz.
Con ayuda de una bolsa plástica la cual vas a humedecer con agua y aceite, vas a agregar una bolita de masa, la vas a extender con ayuda de tus dedos, después le agregas en el centro la caraota y encima el queso para combinar ambos sabores, preparas la empanada de forma tradicional, la pones a freír con aceite vegetal y listo.
La sacas cuando la veas tan dorada como más te guste y a comer, la puedes combinar con la salsa de tu preferencia.
