Today I'm sharing the lunch I made for my grandchildren, and of course, for my daughter. A few days ago, I was told to prepare a beef and chicken stir-fry accompanied by white rice. I also wanted to include a salad, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough money, so we left it for another occasion.
The first thing I did was cut both the chicken and the beef into pieces, seasoning them with a little salt, pepper, and just a little dehydrated broth to enhance the flavor while keeping it as simple as possible. Let it rest for a few minutes so the flavors could blend.
After those minutes, I added both the seasoned chicken and beef to a pan with just a little oil and let it cook until well browned, because that's how we all like them fully cooked. Then I served it, as I mentioned before, with some white rice, and it was just a matter of enjoying a lunch that my grandchildren had been wanting for a while, but for various reasons we hadn't been able to, but thank God today we finally got it.
