Thanks for this reminder,I need to tell my mom to take ashwanghwa and up her vitamin B since she has similar problems like your friend. Lately, I've been trying to take care of my gut too and I've been making my own kimchi. It's simple to make and delicious too 😄 So, I am kinda hoping this habit pays off.
