I've never heard of frying spaghetti, but I don't suppose it would be much different than stir-frying Lo Mein noodles which are common in Chinese cuisine! I have always enjoyed Baked Spaghetti, too — boiling the spaghetti noodles in a pot, then draining them and placing them in a baking dish with the sauce poured over the top and stirred-in. Bake for 20 or 30 minutes in the oven, then top with grated cheese and serve! 😋
