That will ripe fast!Makes me crave some sticky rice with mango :D

Sticky rice with mangoe.. hmmm. Did that also being cooked with coconut milk? Then make it sweeet?

omg... i tried that once. Its stupid good

man you gotta try some other thai dessert, they are the bomb. It's like they deserve their own hall of fame.

It's tempting to just eat it with some salt and spices.

Its a bit sour at this stage and its not that crunchy anymore so its better to let it ripe properly. this breed of mango is sweet even if it did not ripe naturally under its tree. And besides, we should avoid salt for some health awareness :)

In the Philippines raw mangoes are more delicious 😅

That's raw and its in the phil! Lol.. idk if other nations will do this 'buruhin para mahinog' technik! Lol

Hahaha yeah

Is that way effective?

Yeah, thats a carabao mango and got 3 pcs, 2 were already riped in 3 days and this one left will be ripe in 2 or 3 days.. if your asking for the taste, its carabao mango so its sweet when ripe. I know some vendors use 'kalburo' to ripe mangos in a 'kaong' with the aid of newspaper

Ohh... interesting! ^^
I don't like when they use "kalburo" in mango or banana... The taste isn't as good. XD

Yeah, dont eat it when that thing is not yet washed or air ventilated for certain time. Its really gonna taste bad

Even after washing it... T_T
But this rice method seems interesting, so I will try this one in case we want to ripen some mangoes. ^^

Yeah. It surely is safer compare to the other method.. just dry the mango to avoid rice being spoiled and cant be cooked

I'll keep that in mind... :) Does it apply to bananas as well? or solely for mangoes?

I never tried bananas for their moisture content is much greater to mangoes and i am closing the lead of the rice container to fasten the process. But if bananas, i guess you just let it ripe naturally on open air for its just few days it will bring you result
