Yesterday I wrote a post about fixing my sleep and last night I decided to check my sleep quality, which I haven't done for a long time, because it just annoys me to see how bad it is.
Since then, I managed to fix my sleep (it seems), so last night I said let's see if the app agrees with me, if my sleep quality is better, or I'm just fooling myself, because I sleep better and feel better.
Here's the result:


Back in the day when I was monitoring my sleep, I could hardly get 73 points and my deep sleep could not reach more than 63. Today I'm still below 70, which is the low end and I only got 67, but this is better than before and maybe I can work on it.
I'm ok with the result and this shows it's possible.
