I think, sometimes people are busy so let's not have hard feelings for that. I often forget to reply or because most of the times I am busy.
I rarely return visit so I don't mind if other people don't. I will silently judge people who don't eventually respond to sensible comments on their posts though. Least you know who not to visit going forward? :)
