Don't joke with your sleeping time and always stay hydrated. Most headaches, fatigue and the likes reduce/get better when you drink enough water or get enough hours of sleep.
You see sleeping time, most people are ignorant about their sleep schedule. Some are not really ignorant but busy with a lot of things. While some are busy with unimportant things like gaming, movies and some other things that doesn't make sense
One thing I always tell people is to prioritise their sleep no matter what. A good sleep is better than anything and refreshes as well as rests the brain
Yeah. That's so true.
I'm not one to joke with sleep though. I still wonder how some are able to cheat it somehow, unlike saying they want to finish a movie or game or anything before sleeping, me I can't o. I don't even know how to 😜
Another problem people have is taking water. They can eat a very solid food and not drink water as if their body is a machine. Sometimes, I do force some persons around me to take water be ause they don't like to.
Inadequate water intake can cause a variety of problems, including constipation, and even kidney issues sef. Unfortunately, many people know this but they are ignorant to it. The price of dialysis no be here sha
A friend was complaining of headache at work. He wanted to go get paracetamol when I told him not to. "Let me get you a bottle water instead, then you rest your head, paracetamol ain't vitamin c that you can just take anyhow." I told him .
He felt better when he woke up.
True.. even vitamin C, they don't just take it anyhow without prescription.
Anyways, it's good that he heed your advice and felt better. Some persons would ask you - "what does this one know?" And they would go ahead to do what they think is best.
Honestly...
He actually asked him why I told him not to since I'm always the one saying stuffs like, "go to to the hospital, complain at a pharmacy, do checkup...." And the likes. I just smiled and told him that everything is not pills at times.
True. Most times, lifestyle changes is all we need to correct some things.
