Personally, I'll always choose to work with a good boos, someone who is kind but challenges me to grow and be better in what I do. I may not have much money but I'm not after big pays only.

Yeah I agree with you cos at the end of the day, the nervous you of expecting the unexpected, will gradually nurse a health challenge caused by anxiety

But a difficult person can work with a difficult boss. They will eventually become friends or break eachothers head, respectfully
