We don’t get that extreme weather here apart from just rain . Lighting is rare especially the fork lightning. If there is lightning the sky just lights up in a blink as opposed to fork lightning . Might get that maybe once or twice a year

Tuesday was an average day at work, during which I consulted 26 patients in my chamber.
I was able to make 11,660 steps on the day. A morning short walk and a short treadmill walk at night helped me achieve this!

This is a weird building because one side looks like copper. I should have taken a wider shot to get the whole thing, but I was in a hurry :)
It's a weird building and reflects the light differently depending on the angle, but it always has a coppery colour.
