The sugar browns; it's just caramelized sugar. Sometimes coffee or chocolate is added, but these only have sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Hugs.

What is the best non-Kindle e-reader with a backlight that I can put on my wishlist? I want to load pdf, epubs, and other like files and have an e-ink screen. Not fussed on colour / mono, but it must have a backlight (pref warm colour temp!)
have you checked out Remarkable devices? They have both color and non color versions of e-ink display.
I think they're more to the premium end of the market. I will take a look at the boxing day sales though. (The commonwealth's black friday)

Looking back on your personal journey at Hive (in 2025), what was your greatest achievement?
My greatest achievement this year was becoming the first Brazilian ORCA.

after last weeks episode, my theory is that the hive mind is a program to exterminate intelligent life forms from the universe.
sort of like 'the great filter'. you get smart enough to read and decode radio waves and its time for your species to die literally starving.

this was a good movie, a bit slow but really good watch....
about 'pluribus', only if the hive mind wasn't bound by the no harm rule, they could have taken over the universe. a hive mind is a great feat for any species..
While it's a challenge for any species and difficult to understand in a world where we believe we are "individuals," I think humans share something of a hive mind.
And regarding the movie, I think it's the last episode of season 1. There was a lot of manipulation on both sides. Although Sturke seemed to give in, in my opinion I don't think so.

I honestly don't know; many believe the plot revolves around AI. I think it's something deeper. I'm intrigued by the communication and that strange way of feeling collectively.
Perhaps it is a civilization that exhausted all its resources on its planet and found ours along the way.
