Trying to cancel Xfinity internet. This is a pain beyond what anyone knows. I am at minute 25(that I've been tracking) of this saga.

Finally, someone helpful! Getting transferred to the right department rather than telling me to go to a store or call!
Oh nice. I do love internet providers. My has a new tactic of avoiding talking to me. They hide the only way to talk to an agent behind lines and lines of prerecorded messages, vague options, number clicking and random offers.
They are the best.
