Its always good to have these discussion on chain and not in a discord e.g. Just my guess, but many people talk behind the scene about this regulary, so its good it comes to the surface now :)
Yes, I'm not a big fan of discussions in Discord, other than for organising things. It excludes a lot of people.
It does, on the same time you can argue that anyone usually can join these Discord server. But I dont see the reason why we dont should have this onchain
There is a facility to chat on peakd, it's the little chat symbol on the top bar next to the alerts bell. I've sent you a direct message :) Other front ends may have a similar feature. Not everyone wants to join Discord, it's a legacy social media (and a time suck).
Indeed! There often are some good discussions in the weekly podcasts too.
I hope this is going to have some results in improvement on Hive.

I think the user retention will be better.
To answer my own question: one indicator might be increased numbers of accounts reaching 600 HP
