I made a little over 9k steps on Saturday. A 20-minute treadmill walk helped me reach the number!

There are four within walking distance, and three are on one side of another of a hill! But the one known best is San Francisco's famous Golden Gate Park.
Indoors, I use the stationary bicycle... but I like going for a jog or a walk at least once a week. :)
I never tried a stationary bicycle! I had a regular one before. Now, no cycle!!
Any kind of workout is better than no workout!

Walking my dogs 3 times a day helps me get around 5k steps :)
but generally during the day im up and down the stairs constantly so i get my workouts for the day :D
Stair climbing is simple but quite an effective workout. However, we often forget to consider it as an workout!

I saw the original #Tron when it came out in about 1982. It was radical then as CGI was still new. Things have moved on a bit and now it's everywhere.

Earlier this afternoon the man who cut down our duhat tree came back to haul the remaining tree trunks and 29 sacks of leaves and branches. It was exhausting clipping cutting then packing but everything is good no more worries about the tree
well on this time of posting it is not totally done yet the hauler came back the following day
That is indeed a big tree with those 29 sacks full, hope you guys have recovered from the aches and pains

yes I am thankful too that the tree issue is over we worry its big branches might caused roof issues on the neighbor
Here we go. I am putting today the skirting boards in, in the dining room. The wooden floor and the wooden walls (covered with a soft porous fibre board) are so crooked. A lot of adjusting needed in this 100 year old wooden cabin. All good fun though.

Today was a good day for work, optimized #crownrend backend. Also added skip animation to chest openings that let people open thousands of a time, that also required some optimization to be done to chest opening system. But there are still more #work to do.
You did great even though you have a lot to do. You can do it. I believe in you.

doing some I hate the Apple walled garden, but they have good designs, durable products, and solid quality control. There are good reasons for the Apple price beyond the hype machine surrounding the brand.
I'll still be relying on Windows/Android where I must and Linux where I can.
The basic user experience is great, but as someone who likes to play around under the hood a bit with software and upgrade hardware over time, Apple is not my friend. Microsoft is bad enough.
