Sent a bunch of improvements in skatehive:

• Fixed ethereum wallet
• fixed most of the rounded borders, now defined by theme
• revamped the /compose page, for mag posts
• improve the post action button styles
• added a delete button for snaps
• made skatehive more easy to fork, cleaned env variables
• improved security of our transcoding servers
• revamped a little the notification pages and settings page
• started to recover the pix feature
