I think it's mostly the atmosphere. From what I've observed, people seem more willing to actually explain their opinions.

Probably both. The platform attracts people who actually want to write and discuss things.

That's a fair observation. Apart from the discussions, is there anything you've noticed in Hive that you think you'd genuinely miss?

Maybe the variety of things people write about. Even when I don't read everything, there's usually something different to come across.

That's one of the things that keeps a platform interesting. You never really know what you'll find next.
