
Not much to share today minus my healthy lunch! Been on a health change recently, trying to get back to my best, gained a bit too much weight eating good over the colder season so time to shift the weight and get back into my old fitness and diet routine, the salads are always delicious to me and very filling.
It’s just a classic salad with feta cheese and some salad cream for dressing, mostly I use lemon juice to cut out any more calories from a dressing but salad cream isnt too bad in the calorie department but adds a lot to the flavouring and dryness of a salad. 😄
