Good evening to all my friends. I hope you all are doing well. I am having a fantastic day. This weekend i really enjoyed with cousins. Yesterday i couldn't write a post because i was fully busy in making BBQ rolls. Let me tell you what happened yesterday. I woke up late in the morning because weather was so cold and i couldn't left my bed 😁. One of my cousin called me and asked if he is free today, i said yes i am. He went to nearby shop to buy the meat. After he came to my home to give the meat to me. I mixed the masala in meat and kept in the fridge.
Evening we all started to prepare for the party and bought all the other groceries. One of my brothers started kneading the dough and the other one lit the stove. After that my brother started making paratha and I started putting the meat on a stick and cooking it on fire. When the paratha was ready, I placed the cooked meat on the paratha and added some chutney to it, then tomato sauce, then onion and finally lemon juice, made a roll and fed it to everyone and mee too.
