That’s fascinating. You don’t often relate cities with bees, but it’s obviously more common than you’d think, taking into account the other comment here.
I guess when you think about it more deeply, any city that has parks and gardens with flowering plants will likely attract bees. But someone like Rolf who is smart enough to capitalise on this is something I’d not encountered until this post.
As an aside, having a son with a disability, I particularly like that Rolf’s honey is processed at a facility that makes employment accessible for those living with disability. Kudos to him. And thank you to you, for sharing this story.
