The subject of vegetable oils is very broad but I know that they should not be eliminated from the diet completely, I try to consume coconut oil from time to time, I have read that it is good for preventing Alzheimer's disease.

I also read about coconut oil and Alzheimer disease. Then I started taking half a tea spoon of coconut oil in my breakfast coffee ☕️ Not sure how it works but I feel good with less hunger like having Bulletproof Coffee, I didn't like butter + coffee combination though ...
