Hi bloggers, have you had lunch/dinner yet? Today I'm going to share my lunch experience eating out, enjoying some local food—comforting and delicious chili oil noodles, of course. This was my first time eating here at Mie Yamse, and their main dish is, of course, Yamin noodles, which are chicken noodles where the broth and noodles are served separately.

They offer a choice between curly noodles and flat noodles. They also have rice bowl varians.

The dish I ordered was the complete Mie Yamse (their signature dish), which includes Yamin noodles topped with chicken meatballs, dumplings, and of course, chili oil. They also have three levels of spiciness: 1, 2, and 3, where level 1 is one spoonful of chili oil, level 2 is two spoonfuls, and level 3 is three spoonfuls. I chose level 2, and my friend chose level 1. You can see the difference, right?

This is what the level 2 Yamse noodles look like before adding the chicken broth. I don't think the level 2 Yamse noodles are too spicy (yes, I am a fan of spicy food) because their chili oil has a savory taste that overpowers the spiciness, in my opinion.

This is after adding the chicken broth. The chewy noodles and all these toppings make it very filling for a lunch menu. The spicy and savory chili oil is perfect to eat during the rainy season like now.

Earlier, we also ordered shrimp and seaweed dim sum/dumplings, which we asked to be served after we finished our noodles. The shrimp and seaweed dim sum was served hot and tasted as good as any other dim sum. It was filled with chicken and shrimp, and the aroma of sesame oil made it even more appetizing for our lunch.
Alright, that's the lunch menu. Thank you for stopping by. Enjoy your meal 🍜
