That chard is a beast! š Iām always torn between picking it young and letting it grow huge just to see how big itāll get. Do you notice any difference in taste when it gets that big?

Honestly we have not ate much, but it would seem the younger leaves are better. Probably a good idea for me to cut them back and eat the young leaves.
