Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to share about we are going back to Shanghai Park after pick up my wife from work to be FOMO'ed by reels. Actually it is not mine that got FOMO'ed. It is my wife that want to try Bakpao this time.
I think my wife kinda tired after work and she said she is very lazy to cooking food. So, she decided to buy food on Shanghai Park to try something and buying some to take away and we can eating something tomorrow to enjoying weekend at home. Yeah i am planning to take care my house first before going anywhere. Maybe i will clean up my backyard and cleaning up some stuff and getting rid what i dont need on my house. Thats why my wife agreed and she said lets buying some food for tomorrow as well.
And i never thought that this place is still crowded although the weekend is not even started yet. Today is still Friday and yet this place is full of many people enjoying eating and hang out in here. Maybe they are spending time in here to enjoy the crowd and boozing out here since tomorrow is Saturday and many work place in my city is weekend holiday.
Woowww...It is really crowded. Hopefully we can get the food that we want.
And Holy Cow. This place is really really crowded. I know that Ah Pek Kopitiam is kinda delicious and affordable place to hang out. But, if the crowd like this and need to queue for just buyin toast and coffee for me is not worth to wait since we are really hungry. We decided to eating some snakcs. But, i dont take any picture since i am carrying food and some stuff from school and also i am holding my sons hands to make sure he is not lost in this crowd.
While waiting my wife buying more snacks, me and my boy waiting in the place near empty pond because in this place is less crowded and i can let go of my son hand. But, actually i kinda fell in love too with this place. Sadly most of my friends are in Malang city. If they are in Surabaya city maybe i can hang out with them in this place every weekend to enjoying family time together or even just boys night out and boozing till midnight in here. There are so many food and beverages here. So, no need to worry for hanging out. And also no need to worry to smoke since this place is open area. But, yeah there is just few smoker in this place not because Surabaya City is clean but just because this city is too hot to smoke i guess. Me too, I decided to stop the smoking in Surabaya city because yep one of the reason is this city is too hot. It not feel comfortable for the body and also for the throat. And i cannot enjoying the chill vibes too if getting hotter.
After eating snacks and we feel our stomachs are full, then my wife still need to buy some snacks for tomorrow as well. For breakfast and for brunch maybe. And my wife want to try this Shanghai Big Pao, this stall is appearing frequently in my wife's reels on Instagram and she wants to try this. Many people said that this Pao is really big and delicious. Thats why my wife got FOMO'ed.
After looking the price i think this Pao is having affordable price. With big Pao (Maybe in the next content will share the picture if i am remember since usually i dont remember just eating the food). And i cannot take picture since kinda dark in here and the picture i believe not clear anyway.
And hopefully my son like this Pao. But if he does not want this Pao, i still want it. LOL. I am like eating Pao. But, my wife said that the filling that i like is sold out. And the rest we got just Black bean filling, Red Bean Filling,and Pork Filling. I dont eat the pork one. I dont know i do not like eating meat and salty taste on Bread. Same with Hamburgers i dont fan of it. I can eat but prefer not too. It is weird for me. After got this Pao, we are decided to go home and Happy Weekend everyone!! Cheers!!
