Since I am alone at home, no one cook for me. It's only me serve myself. I remember the time I was together with my wife, she cooked for us or sometime I was the doing it. It's just a memory to our marriage. I got married at 25 and so she was but still not working perfectly. Only God knows why it happened. Today I will share with you how I cooked healthy foods that is favorite of my kids. They love soup out of moringa and alugbati with fried fish.
I bought vegetables in the market after going to school.I stopped by in the market.
This is not inside the market but a shanty besides the road. There's a couple selling so it's a chance not getting inside the busy wet market.
Only onions, ginger and lemon grass are my spices. This recipe I learned from my chef grandfather, the father of @olivia08 who is now in heaven.
Malunggay and alugbati
Three cuts of tuna fried fish
Done my cooking, a healthy budget foods for three meals.
I eat this soup for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Just reheat this tomorrow morning before I drive for school of my kids. Money is too easy to spent and we should be wise everyday most especially that I am still in my training process. Thank you, mama for supporting me with love unconditionally.
Happy meal by the grace of the Lord, Savior, I am no longer hungry and now full with the soup,so I thank God.
That's all for today. Everyday I will be busy starting today. Thank you @asean.hive community at #hiveph and #philippines
