Theres not much information of this chain restaurant. It has a rather simple website without the full description of "about us". Even if you try to read, they only introduce where their recipe came from. I think, this is probably some sort of corporate idea, like "let's start a new pizza chain store" and without even thinking how to create a history for the branding.
It was more than 10 years ago since our first visit to Vivo Pizza at Berjaya Time Square. I think that was their first outlet, and that outlet remain open until today as at 2023 Christmas day. After our weekend evening mass, we decided to visit Vivo again after more than a decade. The last time we visited, junior havent even born yet.
The pizza here is totally different than the one we had in Domino's, nor pizzahut. By saying different, is not like we dislike which brand. The thick crust taste a lot like milk biscuit, cheeze is very milky and junior also take an instant liking it.
I ordered the all day breakfast. Funny heh, who eat breakfast in the late evening? I choose this because i like scramble eggs and sausages. The sausages are a little overcooked, but its all good. Its not the cheap sausage, and the scramble egg is extremely fluffy. Best of all, the salad is super fresh and mixed with mayonnaise and bacon bits, it was explosively tasty salad!
I suggested a cheezy fries for the girl, topped with Bolognese sauce and bacon bits. Baked cheese topping melts on top of the fries makes it super hard to peel from the porcelain bowl, but i must warn you the baked cheese that stuck on the bowl is probably what makes you wanna keep digging. Supder duper addictive.
Last but not least, we completed our dinner (more like supper) by a bread and butter banana pudding. We thought they're going to cut slices of babana on top of the pudding, apparently it was infused banana bread. Slightly disappointed, but all good. And that was the closing of the evening before we head home to take a short sleep before we will gave to wake up midnight and start driving back to my home town.
