The food photo that I want to share is this so called, Poto. This is a kind of pinoy food and snacks on which the gluten rice grind using a grinder and after that, it will mixed with milk, sugar, cheese and coconut milk. This kind of food will be cook through steaming method and it is good for a business porpuses. I really love to eat Poto Cheese and this is what I always brought when I went to the Public Market.
Pansit Or Bihon:
This is also a kind of Pinoy food that is commonly found in different eateries. This is a perfect combination to the sliced bread and it can also be eaten without rice because pansit is also one of the carbohydrates made with cassava crops. There are simple ways to cook this kind of food.
- First, the Pansit should be pulled and cut using a sharp scissors and add some water to make it soft.
- Next slice the meat to be added and marinate it for 5 minutes.
- Sauted the garlic and onions and add the meat and next is the pansit including soy sauce and mix it very well.
- Cook it for a few minutes.
Other seasonings like pepper can also be added in this kind of dish.
Adobo or Humba:
Adobo is also kind of pinoy food and it is very popular and serve for special occasions just like weddings, anniversaries, Birthdays, Baptism and other kinds of Gatherings. This is very expensive in the restaurants or Eateries but it is very worth it because of its good delicious taste. Just marinate the meat for a few minutes, sauted the garlic and other kinds of spices and add the marinated meat. Cook it until the meat will become soft and tender. This kind of dish can be heated and recooked for a few days and it is good and perfect for the Family Gatherings.
Grilled Fish:
Grilled fish is also one of my favorite food and I also took a picture of it. This kind of food is also perfect for family gatherings, and the most perfect combination of this food is the soy sauce with chilli pepper. This is a kind of simple food because it will only be grilled in the charcoal until it will turn to black. This indicates that the fish is finally cook. Everytime when we went to the beach, we really do a fish grilling and it is also very fun and enjoyable. We make charcoal out of coconut shells and metal screen were we put the fish to grilled.
First I rub it with salt so that the fish meat will contains a flavor , and after that I slowly slices the meat so that it can easily cook. I removed the internal organs and washed it thoroughly with clean water. I marinated it in the soy sauce for 5 minutes before grilling. This are some of the foods I took a picture and truly, all of this are my favorite.
