I was under the impression that almost all Filipinos really disliked Duterte?

However, I do think that it is a bad idea to arrest presidents for things they did while in power, the people and the other parts of government had the opportunity to remove him while he was in power. I think it is quite unfair to do so after the fact. This simply encourages all future presidents to be concerned about how their actions could result in them being imprisoned after they no longer hold office.
