How was the taste? I've never tried cooking eggs like this as I thought mixing eggs with tomatoes might be watery and sticky... I usually prefer mixing eggs and sardines, they're the best too😘 anyway thanks for sharing this new recipe, will try adding it to some of my convenient recipe.
