Super yummy!!! A little back story. Few years ago, I worked from a city far from home. Pandemic happened and we got quarantined. Salary got delayed and what saved me and my friend is this vegetable salad. Some days we have mixed vegetables , on other days steamed okra but most of the time camote tops plus ginamos haha. Looking back, I am happy we survived those days plus we know we were healthy. Thanks God for blessing me today because I can now eat this paired with fried chicken.
