I always ask myself the same question. In fact, the deeper I delve into their culture, I see how the level of hygiene is getting worse and worse. And I don't mean the food, no, the food, in my opinion, is quite understandable. I'm talking about the lifestyle. Even if you give them everything, an apartment, a flat, a condominium, fully furnished, they will still make a mess and keep the premises in unsanitary conditions. That's the problem, the food is just an additional element. Of course, not everyone, but 95% of the people here will definitely live like this. I've seen it many times before in different provinces and conditions. But... you know, this is their life, and even if you don't agree with it, you're just a guest here. It's disgusting, dirty, and dangerous, but so interesting for me, as for a foreigner who came from the European part of our planet.
