
Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. This post is our simple food. My wife cooked it using chemical free vegetables from the home garden. In several posts ago, I shared many vegetables from my home garden. Of course all the vegetables I grow in my garden are chemical free vegetables. And this time my wife cooked spicy grilled pork salad. Thai people call this dish "larb moo". Vegetables my wife picked from the home garden to cook spicy grilled pork salad : vietnamese coriander, culantro and kitchen mint. There are also heartleaf. We eat this vegetable fresh as a side dish with spicy grilled pork salad.

Ingredients for spicy grilled pork salad.
pork
vietnamese coriander
culantro
kitchen mint
heartleaf
onion
roasted rice
lime
chili powder
fish sauce
water

How to cook spicy grilled pork salad : Grill the pork on a pan to make the grill pork first.

Then add a little water in a container. Season with roasted rice, chili powder, lime, fish sauce and stir to mix. Then sliced vietnamese coriander, culantro, kitchen mint and onion.

Add these vegetables in the container. And cut the grilled pork. Then put the grilled pork in the container.


Stir all the ingredients in the container.

It's finished, spicy grilled pork salad. There are fresh heartleaf to eat with this dish.


This dish is popular in my country (Thailand). And most people like to eat spicy grilled pork salad with spicy papaya salad (Som tam) and sticky rice. My family too.
