Today I went to a nearby grocery store to buy something such as milk and other supplies that is good for one week. When I came to the entrance a man approached me and ask me to buy shells. He has lots of kind sof shells and I ask him to wait for me to finish buying the grocery.

‎I just bought groceries for kids, laundry and for the kitchen. Also bought the kids toys. It's always on the payday that kids are given toys so they would be more happier everyday adding more and more toys bi- weekly.

‎Then outside the old man is still out there and I bought him seashells. there's a lot like small, big and so heavy shells. I tried the other kind and this time I bought the mussels this is locally called as "Tahong". One cellophane is 100 pesos and the price is good. I took one since we are only three at home. This would be equivalent to three meals.

‎I was so surprise by their sizes. it's actually big. bigger than I imagined because I didn't open it on the spot and I had only watched mussels from content creators and I really think this are tiny.

The only recipe I knew for mussels is soup. It's also perfect because it was so cloudy and the last time I ate a soup was last week. I'm surprised by it's taste. It's delicious! It's like other seashells but what I loved about seashells, they had unique taste that you can classify it. I also tried to buy fermented mussels. It's way more expensive but it's very delicious. It's an appetizer! How about you guys what mussel recipe do you like the most?

I really miss eating seafood.🙁 It’s hard to find here since we don’t have an ocean and it’s quite expensive when available. And looks delicious sis and for sure your family will love it. 😍

That's my life too when I was in the mountain living. If I didn't live here in the islandaybe I can't eat this much because in my hometown it's expensive
