Delicious food to start the day! :D The one vinegar we always buy is the pinakurat. The sawsawan makes me want to eat more rice, LOL.

        Yeah. Sinamak is somehow the same with pinakurat but pinakurat do not contain galangat and langkawas roots whole sinamak has. In pinakurat the spices were not ground unlike in sinamak that all the spices were grounded.

              The one my mom bought from mall is ground that is why it is strong and savory i love it
