Stirfry Cabbage and Eggs ( Easy To Cook Meal)

Hello, how are you? Sick of eating fried eggs or scrambled eggs? Here is a dish that will make eggs taste better and healthier. I was browsing through TikTok and I saw a creator who cooks this dish. I discovered this dish during the pandemic when eggs were the only food that was stocked in our refrigerator, and to make the egg flavor more elevated, I searched for something on what egg recipe to cook, and saw this. Have you tried this dish before? How was it? :D



Ingredients I Used:

  • Half tsp ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • Red Onion
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • tsp of soy sauce
  • tsp of oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 3 tbsp of cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. all in one seasoning


Prepped Ingredients:

Let's Cook!

In a hot pan, I added 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.

And then I added the beaten eggs. Let that cook for about a second until the side is nearly cooked.

After that, I added 1 teaspoon of all-in-one seasoning.

And I added about a half-teaspoon of ground pepper.

After that, I added about 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder, but it is up to you if you're going to add one or not.

When all the seasoning and spices are added, I mix the beaten egg until this kind of texture and set it aside for a moment.

In the same pan, I added 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

And then I added the garlic and onion, and I sauteed them until the aroma came out.

And then I added the chopped cabbage in.

I stir it for about a minute.

After that, I added a teaspoon of sesame oil. To add a fragrance and nutty flavor to the cabbage.

Then I added a pinch of ground pepper.

I added about a teaspoon of soy sauce and let it seep into the cabbage.

After that, I added a teaspoon of oyster sauce to add savory and sweetness to the cabbage.

Then, to soften the cabbage a little bit, I added 1/4 cup of water. Mix them until the water is completely evaporated.

Then I added a pinch of all-in-one seasoning.

Let the water evaporate, When the pan looks like this, it means it is good to go.

Now I added the eggs I fried earlier.

I feel like the chili powder is not enough, so I added more, just a pinch. And it is ready to go~
