We usually cook plok sauce with fresh vegetables. There are some vegetables we pick from the garden and buy that we don't have anywhere else, except the garden. But today I bought mujahid fish because I really wanted to make plik soup. Let's see the recipe and how I made my dish for this afternoon. It's very easy, and the flavor is beyond reproach.

- Patarana
- Grated coconut
- Lemongrass
- Green chilies
- Kaffir lime leaves
Ground spices

I take a pan and put the fish I've prepared and add salt to taste, then I put the ingredients I've provided you, then I take the spices I've ground with a blender and I also put them in the pan that contains the fish and so on. I've prepared it.

And that's it, I put the ingredients and the last thing I put is enough coconut milk, I put the heat on medium and I have to wait a few minutes for my dish to cook and I taste it and see if it still doesn't have enough salt, it turns out that it is in my mouth and finally my dish is cooked and at noon we turn off the heat
