I am planning to buy chicken at the market because I missed eating Tinola. Its been a while since I last slurp a hot and gingery chicken soup, I love it with steamed white rice. I also prefer Chayote for its veggie than a papaya. As I mentioned before I am not a fan of papaya. Ehe. I am also planning to put Malunggay in my Tinola to give color in it, but most importantly to make it a healthier dish.

But then, after arriving in the local market and after checking the fish area, I found a really fresh fish and I can't help but imagine making a soup using it. And its not just any fish because there's also that fish called sapsap. I really love that fish in a soup with tomato then dipping the fish in calamansi with salt. And si, I set aside the Tinola because I thought, I had to have those fish haha. Luckily they are 20 pesos cheaper than the chicken so I grabbed and bought a few grams of it


Here's the fish, its actually a mixed ones, there's more manitis in it but that too is really a good fish. I love Sinaing sa Asin of that, even though it really has a bone in it. Then there's the sapsap, I think its another specie hut it is a sapsap according to mama. This is what's bad in me, I just know how to eat them but I'm still sucks remembering some fish names, lol


And I still have String Beans in the fridge so I decided to put some of it, at least I have vegetable which make it more healthier. The only ingredients I put in it is tomato, onion, salt, MSG and the fish of course, the water. Then the String beans.


And actually, I harvested a few sweet tomato leaves and malunggay in the yard because I want it with green leafy vegetables. Glad we have these in our yard. Hehe


And the manitis turn in this beautiful color. But seriously, this fish is really good with soup \(^o^)/


Although I love freshly cooked white rice, I had to make fried rice because we have a lot of leftovers. But, I put a lot of garlic and onion in it to make it taste good. I only out salt and that's it. We had a heart lunch with yummy and healthy fish soup.

Then after having healthy foods, next is unhealthy foods ƪ(‾.‾“)┐. I mean, it should be balance yeah? Kukukuku ╮(^▽^)╭


So here it is, an Instant Carbonara, its Pasta Express from NISSIN.. I think I already tried their Spaghetti version before, thats was from a long time ago.


And here's its Pasta, looks like a egg noodles for pancit guisado but its real pasta I think. Aside from the noodles, it also has meat, oil and the powder in different sachet.
Cooking it is just easy, we just have to follow the instructions.


I cooked the pasta for 4 minutes but I should've cook it for 1 more minutes. But well, its still not bad. I made it tried by mama and she said it taste good, nuch better to the WOW PASTA she said.




But for me, I prefer the wow pasta. I don't know, I just feel like it lack something. Either way, Instill enjoy it. Love that it has a lot of meat and dried parsley. But still, WOW pasta, Carbonara flavor is so much better. Though it is a bit salty, I can just put more water in it haha (^._.^)ノ
