A friend of mine dries the blossoms and mixes them with salt. It's always on her table to salt dishes with. Delicious on just about anything!

        Oh yes for sure! If you soak them in vinegar first before drying them, you get the most unique vinegar product as well! I might just do this with rosemary blossoms as well.
